Can I Order A Cover Letter (Or Other Services) Without
Ordering A Resume?
Absolutely! Simply uncheck/deselect the "resume" option on our
secure order form and choose only those items you wish to receive.
You can order a cover letter, thank you letter, LinkedIn Profile, or
any combination of our professional services without ordering a
resume!
How Do I Know Which TYPE of Resume To
Choose?
Once you select the "HIRE OUR
TEAM" option from the menu above, you'll be given four
service options. If you are a student, recent graduate, or have
VERY little experience in the workforce, select the "Student/Entry
Level" order form. If you have years of experience in ANY field or
industry (even if you are making a career change), select the
"Professional Resume" service. Similarly, if you are seeking
high-level executive, military, or government work, choose the
corresponding options for those. Please also choose the "executive
level" if you intend to email us more than 5 single spaced pages of
material to read prior to writing your resume. If you're still not sure what to
choose, your best bet is always the popular "Professional Resume"
option. If your resume does not fit into the category you select, our customer
service department will let you know shortly after ordering and they
will advise you
accordingly...
Can I Speak To A Writer Via Telephone?
Of course!.... However, MOST of our clients find that submitting our
questionnaire combined with email correspondence represents the most
convenient way to communicate with our writing team. Other resume companies
require telephone interviews but in today's busy world, many
clients find it difficult to be reached at the right phone number at
the right time to keep such an appointment. This often causes great
delays in the resume writing process. At ResumeWritingGroup.Com,
you're able to email our writing team ANYTIME via our
client services center and get a FAST response---including a
phone call whenever necessary. Our writers spend most of their
time writing resumes -- so our online center represents the BEST, most convenient
method of communication for all parties. We DO still offer phone
consultations (which
last approximately 30 minutes) as an additional service.
Also, we offer career coaching with a professional career
expert via telephone. All of these options and others will
be yours to choose from on our secure order form OR ---in
our online
client services center.
What Are Your Guarantees?

How Do I Download My New Resume
?
You will receive a copy of your resume via
email as a traditional Microsoft Word file that should be easy to
open with almost any software and on any computer. Additionally,
you will be able to download it from our
client services center. If you experience ANY difficulty
with either of these, our customer service department will be happy
to assist you by re-sending it in alternate ways and/or formats...or
even by faxing or "snail" mailing it to your street address! We will
DEFINITELY get your new resume to you!!!
